Animal Welfare Forum 2025

Friday, October 3, 2025

11:30 am - 2:30 pm

This October, the Hawaiian Humane Society is recognizing Animal Cruelty Prevention Month with a panel discussion about the state of animal welfare on Oʻahu and the diverse ways in which the community can work collaboratively to protect animals.

Join us at the beautiful University of Hawaiʻi West Oʻahu Campus for panel discussions from prominent animal welfare advocates and community organizations such as Dr. Casey Carter of Pearl’s Veterinary Center; Leilani Ng of Aloha Kitty TNR; Rep. Darius Kila, Hawaiʻi State House District 44; Tiffany Kim of Fur-Angel Foundation; and President and CEO of the Hawaiian Humane Society, Anna Neubauer. Enjoy light refreshments while perusing educational tables from Aloha Kitty TNR, Animal Crime Stoppers and others who are ready to connect with our community to create a space where the human-animal bond can flourish!

If you are unable to attend in person, we will be broadcasting this forum on Zoom. You can watch from the comfort of your computer and engage in the discussion by sending in your questions.

Register for in person or virtual attendance below. We can’t wait to see you there!
